AHA2016

Description

AHA2016 is matting agents designed for satisfying wide ranges of curing of requirements, having universal applicability to any polyester resins, whether fast-curing or not, and synthetic resin based matting agent for hybrid powder coatings. The use of this product can provide ranges from 12 to 70% of low gloss, excellent flow and outstanding anti-yellowing as well as eliminating effectively fingerprint on coating surface.

Application and Characteristics

• Suitable for any 50 to 50 or 60 to 40 type hybrid polyester resins without remarkable selectivity, whether fast-curing or not.
• Satisfy wide ranges of baking requirements to result in gloss-stable, excellent flow, and outstanding mechanical properties. The low temperature curing of 160°C/25min. or 170°C/20 min. can be achieved depending on the particular fast-curing polyester used in formulation.
• It is recommended to apply anti-yellowing of requirement due to excellent overbaking stability, △E≤1.8 at 200°C×1hr.
• Eliminating effectively fingerprint on coating surface.
• The recoatability and transfer-image properties of coatings are not influenced. High film hardness & anti-scratch
